Coq au Vin

Ok so I have made this recipe at least 10 times now. However tonight I made it out of Julia Childs book "Mastering the Art of French Cooking". OMG! After eating this meal I grabbed my old recipe and layed it on the burner and torched it.

This recipe was just wonderful. For anyone who likes to cook, even just a little, get this book!
